Terms & Conditions

By Agreeing to our Terms & Conditions you:

  • 1. Acknowledge your ship date (please refer to your confirmation email under your shipment method)
  • 2. Will be responsible for tracking your package once shipped. You will receive a shipping email confirmation when your package ships.
  • 3. Acknowledge that once you get your shipment confirmation, it may take anywhere from 3-8 days to receive your package depending on your local USPS office, in which case your doughnuts are still fresh and ready to consume.
  • 4. Will be responsible for ensuring that your doughnuts are placed into the fridge/freezer upon arrival.
  • 5. Acknowledge that our new Cake DOUGHnuts, although gluten free, are manufactured in a facility that produces wheat. If you have any medical conditions that prevent/minimize consumption of wheat, please consult with your medical doctor.
  • 6. Due to the fact that our protein baked goods are perishable items, they cannot be returned. Our goal is that every customer fall in love with our doughnuts, but we understand that doesn't happen with everyone. If you don't like our doughnuts due to personal taste preference, we cannot offer a refund. If there is a damaged product or your order isn't sent to you as described, we will absolutely address on a case by case basis. Please email us at info@doughbardoughnuts.com.
  • 7. You can cancel your order at anytime PRIOR to 24 hours from shipping. If you cancel within 24 hours of shipping, you cannot be refunded for the shipping cost.
