NOM, I can't wait! When can I expect my DOUGHnuts to arrive? We ship all our orders out on the following Monday after you place your order. Once you place an order, you can expect it to arrive later that week, depending on your local USPS office. Or if you live in the Bay Area, you can choose to pick up your order on the following Tuesday in San Jose or San Carlos. Learn more here!

What is the shelf life of your DOUGHnuts? Yay! We have increased the shelf life of our original DOUGHnuts. They will be fresh for 8 days from shipped date, if unrefrigerated. Upon arrival to your doorstep, we recommend placing them directly in the fridge or freezer.
How do I eat my DOUGHnut? 1. Smell the freshness of your DOUGHnut. 2. For the "fresh right out of the oven" taste, heat your DOUGHnut for no more than 10-13 seconds. If frozen, 20 seconds should suffice. 3. Stir homemade glaze and heat no more than 4 seconds (only if needed). Remove lid before microwaving. 4. Prep, take a picture, and tag us on Instagram @DOUGHbarDOUGHnuts. 5. Ready, set, devour! Put that DOUGHnut hole to work to gather the remaining glaze, if you haven't devoured it already!
